We attend the Pinetrees Community Centre, Memory Café quarterly, and have so far delivered a craft session twice. Our recent session was making Gonk Christmas tree decorations, ahead of Christmas. We always choose an activity that is easy enough to complete in around an hour for a variety of ability levels!

The turn out was really good, with over 30 attending, including dementia sufferers and their carers/family members! There is always a happy buzz of conversation and smiling faces, as people catch up with each other and join in the activity. We saw evidence of where the use of materials (wool) brought some memory of crafting and dexterity!
