Gong Bath at The Mechanics Institute in the main hall. You will be bathed in the healing frequency of the gong to enter deep relaxation and to bring back harmony and balance to your mind and body.

Laughter for Wellbeing at The Mechanics Institute in the main hall. This brings together the joyful act of voluntary laughter with the calming breathwork of yoga.

Breathwork at The Mechanics Institute in the main hall. This is breathing exercises and techniques to improve mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Our collaboration with Buzz Gym Swindon
Wellbeing Classes at Buzz Gym. This Wellbeing class is designed to nurture both the mind and body through an integrated approach, promoting overall mental wellbeing. Participants will explore techniques that blend mindfulness, physical activity, and emotional awareness.
