"I wouldn't want to go back! I used to stay at home all day and watch TV, eat and sleep with nothing else going on in my life... no routine.

Now I get to come twice a week to Ipsum to get involved in the music project. The music groups make me feel happy, electric, makes me feel enthusiastic.

It's changed my life - given me routine, I get to meet new people and it takes away the boredom. I really get stuck in and enjoy the drumming!"
