Dramatherapy

A creative & fun approach to supporting mental health & emotional well-being

 

We are now offering 1:1 Dramatherapy!

In these sessions we use a range of activities, e.g. games, movement, role-play, story-making, or drawings to communicate and express ourselves.

It can be difficult to talk about and try to understand the things we may be struggling with. Working with the imagination makes it easier to explore issues and concerns, and to express how we are feeling.

 

The sessions are client-led and the approaches can be adapted to any individual needs and preferences.
