Testimonials

"It’s very good, friendly. I can connect with the other people in the group. Its managed differently to other services, there is the additional benefit that if you are having a bad day and need to talk to somebody you can on a 1-1 basis. The groups are smaller too and that works better for me because big groups make me anxious."
Gerry – Art room service user
"It’s a chance to get together, get out and socialise, its friendly and welcoming. Brings up my confidence and makes me realise how talented I am. To work on my emotional base is a way to bring my wellbeing up. I feel that I need to work on my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to be whole."
