If you want to try Zoom without showing your face to everyone then thats ok, a blank screen will be on show to the other participants. we will only ask that initially you identify yourself to the facilitator of the group when they let you in from the 'Zoom waiting room', you can then turn the video feed back off again.
Zoom can sound complicated or scary but we are here to help you to get through this. One of the team will be happy to talk it all through with you and help you to work out how to use the app so that you can join in, have a distraction and feel that you mental health is improving using one of the activities.
