Ipsum has aims to deliver a high standard of service from our projects and we would be pleased to have both positive feedback and constructive feedback.
If you feel that you would like to make a complaint then please email Julie@Ipsum .care, or write a letter FAO Julie Mattinson. Julie is the Charity Director and will manage your complaint in a timely manner, keeping you informed of the process and outcome.
If you are not happy with the outcome then you can request that the matter is passed to the Charity Trustees.
Ipsum welcomes all feedback from our service users and has a dedicated service user representative if you would like to feedback to them directly.
