We are pleased to offer a range of holistic meditation and mindfulness sessions

Mindfulness and meditation is designed with the aim of helping to alleviate feelings of stress, feel calm, and find inner peace.

Concentrate on practicing to stay in the moment of the now, to minimise the future and past thoughts, anxieties and worries that keep us from being in the present moment.

Practice movement, breath awareness, and affirmations meditation while listening to relaxing music.

Sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour and you can continue to feel the benefits long after the session ends.

These sessions can be either on a one-to-one basis or as part of a small group. With the 2021 lockdown in progress, we are offering these via Zoom or on the telephone.
